Course Description
Supply Chain Management is an interdisciplinary program designed to equip you for the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment. It covers areas such as purchasing/procurement, logistics (transportation and warehousing), operations management, and customer relationship management. In the era of fast-paced globalization, shrinking product life cycles, increased customer sophistication, growing network fragmentation, and digital innovation, the role of supply chain management extends beyond coordinating material, information, and fund flows. This program addresses these challenges through fundamental concepts that form the foundation of supply chain management. These concepts are supported by three guiding principles: agility, adaptability, and alignment.
